We pack and ship all of our orders from our store in Houston Texas

Our handling time for order typically take 1-2 business days and are subject to stock availability. If any items which are not in stock, we will notify you the date of the availability.

Please be sure shipping address is correct. If the address is an apartment complex, don't forget to mention your apartment number. If the shipping address which provide is incorrect and/or customer is not available to receive or refuses delivery, which causes the package to be returned or discarded, you will still be charged for shipping plus any return shipping fees.

Shipping address should be a safe and secure location for deliveries. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are stolen after the carrier completes delivery.
